1. Introduction
Welcome to Fonorex. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using Fonorex, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
📜2. Public Broadcasting License
Fonorex grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to publicly broadcast music from our library at their registered business premises. This license is subject to the following conditions:
✓Broadcasting rights are granted ONLY to users with an active paid subscription or valid trial period.
✓The license is valid ONLY during the active subscription period. Rights begin when subscription starts and end immediately when it expires or is cancelled.
✗Upon subscription cancellation, expiration, or non-payment, all broadcasting rights terminate immediately. Continued use constitutes copyright infringement.
3. License Certificate
Active subscribers may download a License Certificate from their account. This certificate serves as proof of valid broadcasting rights and can be presented to authorities or inspectors. The certificate includes a QR code linking to a verification page that confirms the current validity status of the license.
4. Subscription and Payment
Access to Fonorex services requires an active subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize automatic recurring payments until you cancel
5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Your use of Fonorex music is subject to the following restrictions:
Permitted Use
- ✓Background music at the venue specified in your certificate
- ✓Only by the legal entity named in your license
- ✓Public playback during business hours
Prohibited Use
- ✗Downloading, copying, or redistributing music files
- ✗Using music for advertising, videos, or other media production
- ✗Sublicensing or sharing access credentials
6. Intellectual Property
All music, trademarks, logos, and content on Fonorex are the property of Fonorex or its licensors. The subscription grants you a limited license to stream music; it does not transfer any ownership rights. All AI-generated music is created and owned exclusively by Fonorex.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in any prohibited activities. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Fonorex services and music.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fonorex is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kaunas, Lithuania.
